At Vantage Point Reporting, our safety inspections go well beyond a tick-and-flick walkthrough. Every report is tailored to your scheme, using a structured, evidence-based assessment of the common property prepared by a qualified inspector passionate about safety and fire compliance.
Our inspections cover all common property, assessing against seven hazard categories. Each report will include hazards identified with photographic evidence, a risk rating based on a likelihood-consequence risk matrix for the scheme and a clear recommendation of action and timeframe. We believe in putting our expertise into every report and being able to justify every hazard, even in the pub test! The timeframe for each hazard gives committees a realistic roadmap to address the hazards within the complex.
Our reports are designed to assist the body corporate in complying with Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997, Body Corporate and Community Management Regulation 2020, Fire Services Act 1990, Building Fire Safety Regulations 2008, Work Health & Safety Act 2011 with regards to their safety and fire compliance obligations.
It is important to note that this report does not make the scheme compliant but provides the tools and information to create a safer and compliant community.
You will receive a professional report that is tailored to your scheme with full detail of the hazards and clear recommendations and timeframe, making remedial action manageable for the body corporate.
